"Online care crossed out: feels like a black box changed to: is five clear steps."
Whatever you said, it starts the same way: five steps, and each one tells you who you're dealing with.
This online weight loss program is medical care, led by a Nurse Practitioner and done from home. Every visit happens while you're in Ontario.
The real answer
Five steps, one clinician you can name, and nothing decided without you.
Our online weight loss program starts when you get in touch, then an assessment you answer in your own time. Then a video visit with your Nurse Practitioner, blood work near you, a plan in writing and check-ins that keep going. It's medically supervised weight loss from home, and at every step you know who you're dealing with.

02 Something people say
"I've tried every diet. crossed out: Nothing works for me. changed to: None of them started with me."
The real answer
You don't need another diet. You need a starting point that's yours.
Most plans hand everyone the same rules. Here the first step is your own history: what you've tried, what happened and what your week really looks like.
That isn't a house style. Canada's adult obesity clinical practice guideline suggests that an assessment include a full history to find the root causes of weight gain, and what might stand in the way of treatment. So that's where your Nurse Practitioner starts. (Why the diets kept failing is its own question: yo-yo dieting, explained.)
Nothing you need to prepare, apart from a list of your medications if you have one.
- Everything you've tried, written downyou

- A plan that fits your actual weekNP + you
What the assessment asks. No trick questions.
- Your health history: conditions you've been diagnosed with, surgeries, and anything that runs in your family.
- What you've already tried: diets, programs, apps and any treatment, so nothing gets repeated for the sake of it.
- Your medications: prescriptions, over-the-counter products and anything you take now and then.
- Your day: sleep, work, food, movement and stress, because the plan has to fit your real life.
- What you want: your own goals, in your own words. Not every goal is a number.
03 Something people say
"There's crossed out: never time to talk about it. changed to: time for every question."
The real answer
Here, your weight is the whole appointment.
You meet your Nurse Practitioner by video, from home, anywhere in Ontario. It's a virtual weight loss program, but not a faceless one: the person on the screen is the one who reads your history, orders your labs and writes your plan. Bring every question you've been saving up. Nobody is watching the clock on you.
If something needs another specialist, your Nurse Practitioner arranges a referral.

04 Something people say
"They'll just crossed out: lecture changed to: listen to me."
The real answer
No lectures. No weigh-ins on camera. No shame.
You'll be spoken to like an adult with a health question, because that's what you are. You decide what you share, and when.
This matters for more than comfort. Canada's adult obesity guideline notes that weight bias and stigma lower the quality of care people receive. So the conversation is about your health and how you feel, not only a number.

Good to know before you start
Every visit happens while you're in Ontario
Your video visits and check-ins take place while you're in the province, wherever in Ontario that is.
Your information, kept private
Your health information is used for your care and handled under Ontario's health privacy law.
Safe care is monitored care
Your labs and check-ins are how your plan stays safe and gets adjusted. What we check, and when, is on Safety and monitoring.
If it isn't a fit, you'll know why
From your clinician, in plain words, with what to do instead. What happens if it's not a fit.
Questions, answered plainly.
Will a doctor see me?
Your care is led by a Nurse Practitioner. In Ontario, a Nurse Practitioner is authorized to diagnose, order and interpret tests, and prescribe medications and other treatments, and yours arranges a referral when something needs another specialist.
Can I do the whole program from home?
Almost all of it. The assessment and the visits happen online and by video; the blood work is at a lab near you.
Is this telehealth, then?
Yes, it's weight loss care by telehealth: video visits with your Nurse Practitioner, from home, anywhere in Ontario. You just need to be in Ontario at the time of each visit.
Do I have to start treatment?
No. Your Nurse Practitioner explains benefits and side effects first, and whether to start anything is your decision.
What if I'm away from Ontario for a visit?
Visits happen only while you're in Ontario, so book them for a time when you're here.
