Terms of use
By using this website, you agree to these terms. They're written to be read, so here they are in plain words.
This website isn't medical advice
Everything on this site is general information. It isn't medical advice, a diagnosis or a treatment plan for you, and reading it doesn't make you a patient. Decisions about your care are made with a licensed clinician who knows your health.
In an emergency, call 911. For health advice from a registered nurse at any hour, you can call Health811 by dialling 811.
Who the program is for
The program is for adults 18 and over who are in Ontario at the time of their visits. It isn't offered to anyone pregnant, breastfeeding or planning a pregnancy.
No promise of treatment
Sending the form or booking a call doesn't guarantee that you'll be offered treatment. Prescription treatment is offered only if your Nurse Practitioner decides it's appropriate and safe for you, and only if you want it.
Using the site
You agree to give accurate contact details and to use the site lawfully. Please don't send health information through the website form; it asks only how to reach you.
Our content
You're welcome to read, share links to and print pages for your own use.
Links to other websites
We link to outside sites, such as the College of Nurses of Ontario's public register and Canadian health guidelines, so you can check things for yourself. We don't control those sites and aren't responsible for their content.
Limits
We work to keep this site accurate and available, but we can't promise it will always be error-free or online.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. If we do, we'll update this page.
The law that applies
These terms are governed by the laws of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada that apply there.
